If the item you wanted is out of stock, don’t worry—I’d love to help! Feel free to reach out directly, and I can let you know when or if it will be restocked. Many of my items are handmade in small batches, so there's a good chance I can create something similar just for you!

I am unsure what size to choose?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, I begin processing it right away to ensure timely delivery. However, if you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate! For custom or made-to-order items, changes may be limited depending on how far along your order is in production.

How do I use promo code?

To use your promo code, simply enter it in the designated promo code box at checkout, and the discount will be applied to your total automatically. Be sure to double-check that the code is correct and hasn’t expired. If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first—it might have landed there by mistake! If it’s still missing, please reach out with your name and order details, and I’ll be happy to confirm your order and resend the email. Thank you for your patience!

RETURNS

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are typically final sale, so they aren’t eligible for returns. However, if you have any concerns about the item you received, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to help resolve any issues!

How do I return an item?

Please remember that custom or made-to-order items are typically non-returnable, but I’m happy to assist if you have any concerns.

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds are only accepted on eligible items that are not custom or made-to-order. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your item, and I’ll work with you to find the best solution. Your satisfaction is important, and I’m here to help!

SHIPPING

Can I track my parcel online?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Just click on the link to view real-time updates and follow your package as it makes its way to you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-7 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships, so you can stay updated on its progress.
