   - *Handmade Items:* Our handmade pieces are created with love and may take 1-3 business days to process, depending on the item’s complexity and order volume.

2. **Shipping Time**  
   - Once processed, orders will be shipped via standard shipping, with delivery usually within 3-8 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier.
   - **Note:** Due to potential carrier delays or peak holiday seasons, shipping times may occasionally be extended.

3. **Shipping Rates**  
   - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, location, and shipping method.

4. **Order Tracking**  
   - Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

5. **International Shipping**  
   - At this time, we only ship within the USA. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

6. **Returns & Exchanges**  
   - Due to the custom nature of our made to order and handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
